Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using BestDigitalCard ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or business may create only one account (multiple cards are allowed per plan)
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free plan includes limited features as described on our pricing page
• Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed as one-time payments for the specified duration
• Plan features, pricing, and limits may change — existing subscriptions are honoured until expiry
• Upon plan expiry, your account downgrades to the Free plan — your data is preserved but access to premium features is restricted
• Cards exceeding the free plan limits will be paused (not deleted) until you upgrade

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to:

• Create cards for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading businesses
• Upload obscene, offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or auto-submit data using bots or scripts
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through card features
• Impersonate another person or business

Card Content & Ownership

• You retain full ownership of all content you upload (logos, images, text)
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display it on your public card
• We do not claim ownership of your business data
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your card content does not infringe on third-party rights

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss due to temporary unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

BestDigitalCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription plan.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
